EMC TEST FACILITIES : RF ANECHOIC CHAMBER / SEMI ANECHOIC CHAMBER

ZIZI Phamix Sdn. Bhd. offers a variety of RF Anechoic Chambers to suite our customer requirements.  The followings are the RF Anechoic models that we are offers:

• Ultra Compact Chamber
  • Design for pre-complaisance measurements and for Research & Science Fields.
  • Wall and ceilings are completely lined with ferrite absorbers
  • Real wall next to EUT has additional hybrid absorber lining 4m² for measurements of frequency range from 30 MHz to 3 GHz
  • Small dimensions, the chamber can be placed in normal laboratory
  • Very well suited for pre-compliance measurements of automotive components according to DIN/ISO 11452-2 and EN 55025 (CISPR2 25)

• Compact Hybrid Chambers
  • Optional solution for EN/TEC 61000-4-3 immunity testing for 3m/10m measuring distance
  • Best characterized for pre-acceptance emission measurement.
  • Measurement in frequency range from 30 MHz to at least 18 GHz
  • Can be delivered as semi-anechoic chambers or fully anechoic chambers.
  • Absorber used are ferrite absorbers and partial hybrid absorber

• Diagnostic Pyramid Chamber
  • A cheaper alternative to the Compact Hybrid Chamber
  • Pyramid absorbers are used exclusively as the main absorbers
  • Configured specifically for EN/IEC 61000-4-3 immunity tests as well as pre-compliance emission measurement between 80MHz 18GHz
  • Not recommended for testing of frequency range between 30 MHz to 80 MHz due to the size limitations of the pyramid absorbers.

• Automotive Compact Hybrid Chamber
  • Optimized for DIN/ISO and EN 55025 (CISPR 25) radiation testing of automotive components
  • Ferrite Absorber are used as the main absorber and hybrid absorber are lined to the walls up to the middle of the chamber in order to achieve 26 MHz to 18GHz testing range.

• Compact Pyramid Chamber
  • Inexpensive chamber yet fulfills the NSA performance of + 4dB from 30 MHZ to 1GHz in a cylinder of 2m x 2m

• Semi Anechoic Chamber
  • Delivered ready for operation. Comes with mast, turntable and controllers
  • Designed for a measuring distance of 3.0m with 1-4m height scan

• Anechoic Chamber for 10.0 m Measuring Distance
  • Completely custom-build for the customers
